Emulsion Styrene-Butadiene Rubber From Czechia and Russia; Hearing Update for the Subject InvestigationsSupplementary information from the ITC: “On July 15, 2022, the Commission established a schedule for the conduct of the final phase of the antidumping duty investigations (87 FR 42498). The Commission hereby gives notice that the hearing in connection with the investigations will be held in-person at the U.S. International Trade Commission Building beginning at 9:30am on November 8, 2022.”
Notice of Appointment of Individuals To Serve as Members of the Performance Review BoardSupplementary information from the ITC: "This notice is published in the Federal Register pursuant to the requirement of 5 U.S.C. 4314(c)(4). Hearing impaired individuals are advised that information on this matter can be obtained by contacting our TDD terminal on (202) 205-1810.”
Certain Knitted Footwear; Notice of a Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Granting a Joint Motion To Terminate the Investigation in its Entirety Based Upon Settlement; Termination of the InvestigationSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review the presiding administrative law judge's (“ALJ”) initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 17) granting a joint motion to terminate the investigation in its entirety based upon settlement.”
Lemon Juice From Brazil and South Africa; Revised Schedule for the Subject InvestigationsSupplementary information from the ITC: “On July 28, 2022, the Commission established a schedule for the conduct of the final phase of the subject investigations (87 FR 51701, August 23, 2022) as a result of affirmative preliminary determinations by the Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) regarding imports of lemon juice from Brazil and South Africa. Commerce had extended the date for its final determination with respect to Brazil but not for South Africa. Subsequently, Commerce extended the date for its final determination in the investigation of South Africa from October 11, 2022, to December 19, 2022 (87 FR 56631, September 15, 2022). The Commission, therefore, is revising its schedule to conform with Commerce's new schedule. The Commission also gives notice that the hearing in connection with the final phase of these investigations will not be held on October 11 but instead will be held in-person at the U.S. International Trad”
Certain Amorphous Silica Fabric From China; DeterminationsSummary from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject five-year reviews, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that revocation of the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on certain amorphous silica fabric from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.”
Certain Wearable Electronic Devices With ECG Functionality and Components Thereof; Notice of a Commission Determination To Review in Part a Final Initial Determination Finding a Violation of Section 337; Request for Written Submissions on the Issues Under Review and on Remedy, the Public Interest, and Bonding; Extension of the Target DateSummary from the ICT: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has determined to review in part a final initial determination (“ID”) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”), finding a violation of section 337 as to two of the three asserted patents. The Commission requests written submissions from the parties on the issues under review and from the parties, interested government agencies, and other interested persons on the issues of remedy, the public interest, and bonding, under the schedule set forth below.”
