Narrow Woven Ribbons With Woven Selvedge From China and Taiwan; Institution of Five-Year ReviewsSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on imports of narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge (“narrow woven ribbons”) from China and revocation of the antidumping duty orders on narrow woven ribbons from China and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”
Methionine From Japan and Spain; Supplemental Schedule for the Final Phase of Anti-Dumping Duty InvestigationsSupplementary from the ITC: “Effective February 24, 2021, the Commission established a general schedule for the conduct of the final phase of its investigations on methionine from France, Japan, and Spain [1] following a preliminary determination by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) that imports of methionine from France were being sold at less than fair value (“LTFV”).[2] Notice of the scheduling of the final phase of the Commission's investigations and of a public hearing to be held in connection therewith was given by posting copies of the notice in the Office of the Secretary, U.S. International Trade Commission, Washington, DC, and by publishing the notice in the Federal Register of March 9, 2021 (86 FR 13585). In light of the restrictions on access to the Commission building due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission conducted its hearing through video conference on May 11, 2021. All persons who requested the opportunity were permitted to participate.”
Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Korea, Mexico, and Turkey; Institution of Five-Year ReviewsSupplementary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on imports of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey and of the antidumping duty orders on imports of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea, Mexico, and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”

The investigation is terminated.”
Certain Semiconductor Devices, Wireless Infrastructure Equipment Containing the Same, and Components Thereof; Notice of a Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Granting a Joint Motion To Terminate the Investigation in Its Entirety Based Upon Settlement; Termination of InvestigationSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 7) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”), granting an unopposed motion to terminate the investigation in its entirety based upon settlement.”
Standard Steel Welded Wire Mesh From MexicoDetermination from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject investigation, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of standard steel welded wire mesh from Mexico, provided for in subheadings 7314.20.00 and 7314.39.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (“LTFV”).[2]”
Institution of Investigation; Certain Residential Premises Security Monitoring and Automation Control Panels, and Components ThereofSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on June 30, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of ADT LLC of Boca Raton, Florida and The ADT Security Corporation of Boca Raton, Florida. Supplements to the complaint were filed on July 14 and 16, 2021. The complaint, as supplemented,alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain residential premises security monitoring and automation control panels, and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 8,976,937 (“the '937 patent”) and U.S. Patent No. 9,286,772 (“the '772 patent”). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.”

This investigation is terminated.”

The Commission requests written submissions from the parties on the issues under review and submissions from the parties, interested government agencies, and other interested persons on the issues of remedy, the public interest, and bonding, under the schedule set forth below.”
