Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Audio Players and Components Thereof II, DN 3635; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Audio Players and Components Thereof I, DN 3634; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 3) issued by the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) terminating the above-captioned investigation based on a settlement agreement. The investigation is hereby terminated.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review the presiding administrative law judge's (“ALJ”) initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 6), granting a joint motion to terminate the advisory opinion proceeding based on settlement. The advisory opinion proceeding is terminated.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 3) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”), terminating the investigation based on a settlement agreement.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that on August 3, 2022, the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) issued an Initial Determination on violation of section 337. The ALJ also issued a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. This notice is soliciting comments from the public only.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to institute a rescission proceeding and to grant an unopposed petition to rescind the limited exclusion order (“LEO”) and cease and desist orders (“CDOs”) (collectively, “the remedial orders”) issued in the underlying investigation. The rescission proceeding is terminated.”

Determination from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject investigation, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of sodium nitrite from Russia provided for in subheading 2834.10.10 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be subsidized by the government of Russia.[2]”
