Emulsion Styrene-Butadiene Rubber From Brazil, Mexico, Poland, and South Korea; Institution of Five-Year ReviewsSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil, Mexico, Poland, and South Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”
Cased Pencils From China; Institution of a Five-Year ReviewSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted a review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on cased pencils from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”

The investigation is terminated.”
Ammonium Sulfate From China; Scheduling of Full Five-Year ReviewsSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of full reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on ammonium sulfate from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission has determined to exercise its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days.”
Wooden Bedroom Furniture From China; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year ReviewSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of an expedited review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.”

Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR) From France, Mexico, and South Korea: DeterminationsDeterminations from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject investigations, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that an industry in the United States is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber from France, Mexico, and South Korea, provided for in subheading 4002.59.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (“LTFV”).[2]”
Certain Toner Supply Containers and Components Thereof (I); Notice of Commission Final Determination Finding a Violation of Section 337; Issuance of a General Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders; Termination of the InvestigationSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, in this investigation and has issued a general exclusion order (“GEO”) prohibiting the importation of certain infringing toner supply containers and components thereof, as well as cease and desist orders (“CDOs”) against certain defaulting respondents. The investigation is terminated.”
Certain Movable Barrier Operator Systems and Components Thereof; Notice of Institution of Formal Enforcement ProceedingSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to institute a formal enforcement proceeding relating to the limited exclusion order (“LEO”) and cease and desist order (“CDO”) (collectively, “the remedial orders”) issued against The Chamberlain Group, LLC (formerly, The Chamberlain Group, Inc.) (“Chamberlain”) on February 9, 2022, and modified on March 30, 2022, in the above-referenced investigation.”
