Stainless Steel Plate From Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan; DeterminationDetermination from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject five-year reviews, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that revocation of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel plate from South Africa and the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel plate from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.”
Certain Toner Supply Containers and Components Thereof (II); Notice of Commission Final Determination Finding a Violation of Section 337; Issuance of a General Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders; Termination of the InvestigationSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, in this investigation and has issued a general exclusion order (“GEO”) prohibiting the importation of certain infringing toner supply containers and components thereof, as well as cease and desist orders (“CDOs”) against certain defaulting respondents. The investigation is terminated.”

The Commission has issued a general exclusion order (“GEO”) barring entry of certain batteries and products containing same that infringe the patents asserted in this investigation. The Commission has terminated this investigation.”
