Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that on April 4, 2022, the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) issued a Final Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337. The ALJ also issued a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. This notice is soliciting comments from the public only.”

Summary from the ITC: “As directed by an explanatory statement related that accompanied the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022, enacted on March 15, 2022, the U.S. International Trade Commission (Commission) instituted Investigation No. 332-591, Economic Impact of Section 232 and 301 Tariffs on U.S. Industries. In the explanatory statement, the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations (Committees) directed that the Commission conduct a retrospective investigation and provide a report on the impacts in the U.S. industries most affected by the Section 232 and 301 tariffs that were active as of March 15, 2022.”

Determinations from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject investigations, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of organic soybean meal from India, provided for in subheadings 1208.10.00 and 2304.00.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (“LTFV”), and to be subsidized by the government of India.[2]”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Graphic Systems, Components Thereof, and Digital Televisions Containing the Same, DN 3620; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“the Commission”) has determined to institute a rescission proceeding and grant a joint petition to rescind remedial orders issued in the underlying investigation. The rescission proceeding is terminated.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that on April 29, 2022, the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) issued an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337. The ALJ also issued a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. This notice is soliciting comments from the public only.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part a final initial determination (“ID”) issued by the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”), finding no violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The Commission requests written submissions from the parties on the issues under review and submissions from the parties, interested government agencies, and interested persons on the issues of remedy, the public interest, and bonding, under the schedule set forth below.”
