Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 5) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) granting the complainants' motion for leave to amend the complaint and notice of investigation.”

Summary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted a review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on tissue paper from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”

Summary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”) to determine whether revocation of the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on potassium phosphate salts from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.”

Summary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty orders on imports of cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil, China, India, and Korea and the revocation of the antidumping duty orders on imports of cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil, China, India, Japan, Korea, and the United Kingdom would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”

Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”

Summary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted a review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on magnesium from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 9) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) terminating the investigation based on settlement. The investigation is terminated.”

Summary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”) to determine whether revocation of the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on melamine from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 18) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) terminating the investigation in its entirety based on settlement.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 6) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) granting complainants' unopposed motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation in the above-captioned investigation to correct the identification of a respondent.”

Determinations from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject five-year reviews, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that revocation of the countervailing duty order on steel nails from Vietnam and the antidumping duty orders on steel nails from Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Taiwan, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 8) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) granting a joint motion to terminate the investigation in its entirety based on settlement.”
