Stainless Steel Wire Rod From India; Institution of a Five-Year Review
Summary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted a review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”
Certain Welded Stainless Steel Pipe From South Korea and Taiwan; Institution of Five-Year Reviews
Summary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on certain welded stainless steel pipe from South Korea and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Finished Carbon Steel Flanges From India, Italy, and Spain; Institution of Five-Year Reviews
Summary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India and the antidumping duty orders on finished carbon steel flanges from India, Italy, and Spain would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”
Certain Mobile Electronic Devices; Institution of Investigation
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on March 30, 2022, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Maxell, Ltd. of Japan. Supplements to the complaint were filed on April 13, 2022, and April 14, 2022. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain mobile electronic devices by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,199,821 (“the '821 Patent”); U.S. Patent No. 7,324,487 (“the '487 Patent”); U.S. Patent No. 8,170,394 (“the '394 Patent”); U.S. Patent No. 8,982,086 (“the '086 Patent”); and U.S. Patent No. 10,129,590 (“the '590 Patent”); and U.S. Patent No. 10,244,284 (“the '284 Patent”). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.”
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on March 29, 2022, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Apeks, LLC of Johnstown, Ohio. The complaint was supplemented by letter on April 14, 2022. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain centrifuge utility platform and falling film evaporator systems and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,814,338 (“the '338 patent”), U.S. Patent No. 11,014,098 (“the '098 patent”) and U.S. Patent No. 10,899,728 (“the '728 patent”). The complaint, as supplemented, further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a general exclusion order, or in the alternative a limited exclusion order, and cease and desist orders.”
Notice of Receipt of Complaint; Solicitation of Comments Relating to the Public Interest
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Electronic Devices and Semiconductor Devices with Timing-Aware Dummy Fill and Components Thereof 3617; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.”
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part an initial determination (“ID”) issued by the presiding chief administrative law judge (“ALJ”) granting summary determination of violations of section 337. The Commission requests briefing from the parties, interested government agencies, and interested persons on the issues of remedy, the public interest, and bonding.”
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on March 30, 2022, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Medytox Inc. of the Republic of Korea. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain botulinum toxin products and processes for manufacturing or relating to same by reason of theft and conversion and misappropriation of trade secrets, the threat or effect of which is to destroy or substantially injure an industry in the United States. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.”
Welded Stainless Steel Pressure Pipe From India
Determinations from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject five-year reviews, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that revocation of the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on welded stainless steel pressure pipe from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.”
Notice of Receipt of Complaint; Solicitation of Comments Relating to the Public Interest
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Barcode Scanners, Scan Engines, Mobile Computers With Barcode Scanning Functionalities, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof, DN 3619; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.”

The investigation is terminated.”
