Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part the Administrative Law Judge's (“ALJ”) final initial determination (“ID”), issued on January 10, 2020, affirm the ID's finding of no violation of section 337 in the above-referenced investigation, and vacate in part the ID. The investigation is terminated.”
Notice of Receipt of Complaint; Solicitation of Comments Relating to the Public Interest
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Liquid Crystal Display Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same, DN 3451; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.”
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part an initial determination (“ID”) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) granting complainant's motion for summary determination of section 337 violation by certain defaulting respondents. The Commission also requests written submissions from the parties, interested government agencies and other interested persons, under the schedule set forth below, on remedy, the public interest, and bonding.”
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that, on April 21, 2020, the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) issued an Initial Determination Granting Summary Determination on Violation of Section 337 and Recommended Determination on Remedy and Bonding in the above-captioned investigation. On April 22, 2020, the ALJ issued a Notice of Errata thereto. The Commission is soliciting comments on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief, should the Commission find a violation. This notice is soliciting public interest comments from the public only. Parties are to file public interest submissions pursuant to Commission rules.”
Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, in this investigation and has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders prohibiting importation of infringing digital video receivers and related hardware and software components.”
Determination from the ITC: “On the basis of the record developed in the subject investigations, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant Start Printed Page 23843to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Korea, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, and Turkey, provided for in subheadings 7606.11.30, 7606.11.60, 7606.12.30, 7606.12.60, 7606.91.30, 7606.91.60, 7606.92.30, and 7606.92.60 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (“LTFV”) and to be subsidized by the governments of Bahrain, Brazil, India, and Turkey.”

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Synthetic Roofing Underlayment Products and Components Thereof, DN 3452; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.”
Citric Acid and Certain Citrate Salts From Canada and China; Institution of Five-Year Reviews
Summary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the countervailing and antidumping duty orders on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China and the antidumping duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission.”
