Certain Chocolate Milk Powder and Packaging Thereof; Notice of a Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Granting a Motion To Amend the Complainant and Notice of Investigation and To Review an Initial Determination Extending the Target DateSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 18) of the presiding chief administrative law judge (“CALJ”), granting complainant's motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation. The Commission has also determined on its own initiative to review an ID (Order No. 20) extending the target date for completion of the investigation to June 21, 2022. On review, the Commission extends the target date to August 31, 2022.”

The investigation is terminated.”
Certain Products Containing Pyraclostrobin and Components Thereof; Notice of a Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Terminating the Investigation in Its Entirety Based Upon a Consent Order Stipulation; Issuance of Consent Orders; Termination of InvestigationSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review initial determinations (“ID”) (Order No. 5) of the presiding chief administrative law judge (“ALJ”) terminating the investigation in its entirety based upon a consent order stipulation. The Commission has entered consent orders against the respondents.”
Sodium Nitrite From India and Russia; Scheduling of the Final Phase of Countervailing Duty and Antidumping Duty InvestigationsSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-679-680 and 731-TA-1585-1586 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”) to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of sodium nitrite from India and Russia, provided for in subheading 2834.10.10 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, for which imports from Russia have been preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be subsidized by the Government of Russia, imports from India and Russia are alleged to be sold at less-than-fair-value, and imports from India are alleged to be subsidized by the Government of India.”
Certain UMTS and LTE Cellular Communications Modules and Products Containing the Same; Notice of Request for Submissions on the Public InterestSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that on April 1, 2022, the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) issued an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337. On April 15, 2022, the ALJ issued a Recommended Determination on Remedy and Bonding (“RD”) should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. This notice is soliciting comments from the public only.”
Certain Apparatus and Methods of Opening Containers; Notice of a Final Determination Finding Violations of Section 337; Issuance of a General Exclusion Order; Termination of the InvestigationSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade
Commission has determined to affirm an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 11) of the then-presiding chief administrative law judge (“CALJ”) granting summary determination that certain defaulting respondents have violated section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, by importing, selling for importation, or selling in the United States after importation certain apparatus and methods of opening containers that infringe claim 12 of U.S. Patent No. 10,519,016 (“the '016 patent”). The Commission has determined that the appropriate remedy is a general exclusion order excluding infringing container opening apparatuses. The Commission has also determined to set a bond in the amount of 100 percent of the entered value of the excluded products imported during the period of Presidential review. This investigation is hereby terminated.”
