Iron Construction Castings From Brazil, Canada, and China; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year ReviewsSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on iron construction castings from Brazil, Canada, and China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.”
Certain In Vitro Fertilization Products, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same; Notice of Commission Final Determination To Issue a Limited Exclusion Order and a Cease and Desist Order; Termination of the InvestigationSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to issue a limited exclusion order (“LEO”) barring entry of certain in vitro fertilization products, components thereof, and products containing the same, that infringe Complainant's asserted trademarks and that are imported by or on behalf of respondents FastIVF of Scottsdale, Arizona (“FastIVF”) and Hermes Ezcanesi of Istanbul, Turkey (collectively, the “Defaulting Respondents”). The Commission has further determined to issue a cease and desist order (“CDO”) directed to Defaulting Respondent FastIVF. The investigation is terminated.”
Certain Plant-Derived Recombinant Human Serum Albumins (“rHSA”) and Products Containing Same; Notice of Request for Submissions on the Public InterestSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that on April 7, 2022, the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) issued an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337. The ALJ also issued a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. This notice is soliciting comments from the public only.”
Certain Mobile Access Equipment and Subassemblies Thereof From ChinaDetermination from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject investigation, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that an industry in the United States is threatened with material injury by reason of imports of certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof (“mobile access equipment”) from China, provided for in subheadings 8427.10.80, 8427.20.80, 8427.90.00, and 8431.20.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (“LTFV”).[2]”

Heavy Forged Hand Tools From China; Scheduling of an Expedited Five-Year ReviewSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of an expedited review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on heavy forged hand tools from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.”
