Hand Trucks and Certain Parts Thereof From China

Determination from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject five-year review, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that revocation of the antidumping duty order on hand trucks and certain parts thereof from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.”

Certain Artificial Eyelash Extension Systems, Products, and Components Thereof; Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Granting Complainant's Motion for Leave To Amend the Complaint and Notice of Investigation

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 10) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) granting the complainant's motion for leave to amend the complaint and notice of investigation.”

Certain Lithium Ion Batteries, Battery Cells, Battery Modules, Battery Packs, Components Thereof, and Processes Therefor; Commission Decision Finding a Violation of Section 337; Issuance of a Limited Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders; Termination of the Investigation

Summary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to affirm the presiding administrative law judge's (“ALJ's”) initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 34) finding a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, in this investigation and has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders prohibiting importation of certain lithium ion batteries, battery cells, battery modules, battery packs, and components thereof. The investigation is hereby terminated.”

Wood Mouldings and Millwork Products From China; Determinations

Determinations from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject investigations, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of wood mouldings and millwork products from China, primarily provided for in subheadings 4409.10.40, 4409.10.45, 4409.10.50, 4409.22.40, 4409.22.50, 4409.29.41, and 4409.29.51 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (“LTFV”), and to be subsidized by the government of China.[2]”

Certain Chemical Mechanical Planarization Slurries and Components Thereof; Notice of a Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Granting Complainant's Motion To Amend the Complaint and the Notice of Investigation
