Cold-Rolled Steel Flat Products From Brazil, China, India, Japan, Korea, and the United Kingdom; Scheduling of Full Five-Year ReviewsSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of full reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”) to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty orders on cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil, China, India, and Korea and the antidumping duty orders on cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil, China, India, Japan, Korea, and the United Kingdom would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission has determined to exercise its authority to extend the review period by up to 90 days.”

Polyester Textured Yarn From Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and VietnamDeterminations from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in these subject investigations, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of polyester textured yarn from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, provided for in subheadings 5402.33.30 and 5402.33.60 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (“LTFV”).[2]
Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Partially or Fully Assembled Into Other Products: Extension of ActionDetermination from the ITC: “On the basis of the information in this investigation, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to section 204(c) of the Trade Act of 1974 (“the Act”) (19 U.S.C. 2254(c)), that action under section 203 of the Act with respect to imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells whether or not partially or fully assembled into other products (“CSPV products”), continues to be necessary to prevent or remedy serious injury and that there is evidence that the domestic industry is making a positive adjustment to import competition.”
