Alloy Magnesium From ChinaDetermination from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject five-year review, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that revocation of the antidumping duty order on alloy magnesium from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.”
Certain IP Camera Systems Including Video Doorbells and Components Thereof; Notice of a Commission Determination To Review an Initial Determination Terminating the Investigation in Its Entirety Due to the Invalidity of the Asserted Patents and on Review To Affirm; Termination of InvestigationSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has determined to review an initial determination (“ID”) (Order No. 16) of the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”), terminating the investigation in its entirety due to the invalidity of the asserted patents, and on review to affirm the ID. This investigation is hereby terminated.”
Certain Electronic Devices, Including Streaming Players, Televisions, Set Top Boxes, Remote Controllers, and Components Thereof; Notice of a Final Determination Finding a Violation of Section 337, Denying a Motion To Reopen the Record, and Issuing a Limited Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order; Termination of the InvestigationSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) has determined that respondent Roku Inc. has violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, by importing, selling for importation, or selling in the United States after importation certain electronic devices, including streaming players, televisions, set top boxes, remote controllers, and components thereof, that infringe one or more claims of complainant's U.S. Patent No. 10,593,196 (“the '196 patent”). The Commission has determined that the appropriate remedies are a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order against the respondent. The Commission has also determined to set a bond in the amount of zero (0) percent ( i.e., no bond) of the entered value of the excluded products imported during the period of Presidential review. This investigation is hereby terminated.”
Certain Tissue Paper Products From ChinaDetermination from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject five-year review, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that revocation of the antidumping duty order on certain tissue paper products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.”
Certain Variable Speed Wind Turbine Generators and Components Thereof; Commission Determination To Review in Part a Final Initial Determination Finding a Violation of Section 337 as to One Patent and No Violation as to Another Patent; Schedule for Filing Written Submissions on Remedy, the Public Interest, and BondingSummary from the ITC: “Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part a final initial determination (“Final ID”) issued by the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) finding a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The Commission requests briefing from the parties, interested government agencies, and interested persons on the issues of remedy, the public interest, and bonding based on the schedule set forth below.”
Thermal Paper From Germany, Japan, Korea, and SpainDeterminations from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject investigations, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of thermal paper from Germany, Japan, Korea, and Spain, provided for in subheadings 4811.90.80 and 4811.90.90 (statistical reporting numbers 4811.90.8030 and 4811.90.9030) of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (“LTFV”).[2 3]”
Freight Rail Coupler Systems and Components From ChinaDeterminations from the ITC: “On the basis of the record [1] developed in the subject investigations, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”), that there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured by reason of imports of freight rail coupler systems and components from China, provided for in subheading 8607.30.10 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (“LTFV”) and to be subsidized by the government of China.[2]”
Organic Soybean Meal From India; Scheduling of the Final Phase of Countervailing Duty and Antidumping Duty InvestigationsSummary from the ITC: “The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-667 and 731-TA-1559 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (“the Act”) to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of organic soybean meal from India, provided for in subheadings 1208.10.00 and 2304.00.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) to be subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value.”
