Irish (sea) moss is a plant that grows on the rocky shores of the Atlantic ocean and North America. It is also called CARAGEEN and is being used as dietary supplement and thickener by the food industry.

It is added to foods like ice cream,chocolate milk, instant pudding,cottage cheese,vegan cheese,non-diary,, coconut milk, sauces, creamer's, desserts ,almond milk etc.

It is washed with fresh water and dried under the sun and it has no bleach.

The impurities are 2 % and moisture 37%.

Minimum order quantity is 3 kg

It comes in 3 kg in a clear poly bag stuck in a carton. 

Packaging is also customized on buyer's request.
