Oceanic herbs is exporter of various herbal raw materials based in Chhattisgarh, India. We have experience as a herbal raw materials traders of more than 50 years. The most beneficial thing for our firm is its location. Chhattisgarh is known as hub of herbal extracts and Materials. Maximum herbs are grown in Chhattisgarh and some of them are grown naturally in dense forests. Chhattisgarh is covered with forest area. The best part of our product is they are organic and Raw.

Climatic condition plays vital role in quality of any consuming product. We have moderate climatic conditions which helps us to collect and trade in best quality products.

Our story 

Our story begins approximately 90 years ago. A person my Great grandfather visited small Village (Dhamtari) in Chhattisgarh in search of some job. He started working under a frim H. Bhagwaan das and co. who were traders. They traded mainly in herbal Raw materials. They Used to buy it from forests of baster and selling it to consumers.

My father Mr. Piyush Shah in his teenage was curious about these products and started researching about it uses and for this purpose he began visiting different places and connecting people all over India. After few years he incorporated a company that trades and manufacture various Herbal raw materials as well as finished product. He was so hardworking and dedicated that in small span of time he captured huge part of Indian market ,but it was his dream to expand it overseas which inspired us to export. Under his guidance from last 4 years, we are successfully running an export company known as “Oceanic Herbs”.

Sourcing

Sourcing is done multiple ways Purchasing from Forest, Purchasing from Small traders, Purchasing from farmers,

We build relationships with local farmers and traders. With time, they found us through word-of-mouth in their communities and proceed to participate in our value chain. We source most of our top-quality products directly from small producers who are committed to organic & natural farming and fair-trade conditions. We strive to make our farmers empowered, not dependent by ensuring liquidity, demand and inputs.

Quality and monitoring

We have a highly experienced quality control team that monitors the procedures of procurement and processing so that the final product that reaches the customer is of high-grade quality. High degree of accuracy, standardization, and quality evaluation is maintained before the supply of products to the customers. Our quality control department is well-equipped with the latest technologies, state-of-the-art facilities, and employs only qualified personnel.

Transparency

Upon souring, herbals that require processing are sent to Oceanic Herbs processing plants. These internationally organic-certified facilities process and package the produce according to our strict specifications. Over the years, we have evolved by developing various in-house processes, and have partnered with large number of companies for seamless manufacturing.
