「D.G. HANXUAN SPORTS GOODS Co., Ltd.」is located in Nancheng district, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. We have always taken "Quality First, Strict comply with Delivery Time" as our code of conduct, which has been cherished since the establishment of "Sincere" for more than ten years.

Since the establishment of Hanxuan Sports both hardware facilities and management measures were constructed with the standards of excellence, high quality and efficiency. On the basis of meeting the requirements of customers, our company uses more than ten years of experience to give customers the best proposals and pertinent suggestions, so as to ensure the quality and delivery time of the customers, and to continuously gain the trust and support of the customers.

Our company mainly produces stretch fabric garments (swimsuits, beach pants, yoga clothes, fitness clothes), which are mainly exported to Japan and Europe and the United States, of which Japan accounts for about 65%, the European market 25%, and the United States and Canada 10%. The main production brands are FILA, Mizuno, Disney, Barbie, Thomas and so on. Now our company has BSCI certification, Disney certification, COSCTO certification, GMP certification, FILA authorization, Mizuno authorization, etc.

1. Excellent plant and equipment

Our factory covers an area of 3,600 ㎡, which is a standard compliant industrial factory. We now have 180 sewing machines, including 18 Four-needle six-thread sewing machines. In addition, we also have various types of machines such as fabric inspection, spreader, Fabric loosening, Cloth Cutting  Machine, and  inkjet　printer. In order to meet the precision requirements of production, we also specially equipped one computer cutting bed and two laser machines with automatic identification system.

2. Reassuring quality

Our products use fabrics and accessories from Fixed qualified suppliers. After the color fastness test, formaldehyde and other toxic tests, and the relevant certification, our company will use it.

Our sewing workers have more than 7 years of work experience, and management staff have more than 15 years of work experience.

The ratio of our inspection personnel to sewing personnel is about 1:5. The ratio of management staff to sewing staff is approximately 1:10.

Our company has a strict factory management system to prevent all possible problems that may affect quality.

Our office has a strong team of experienced foreign trade personnel, including 5 foreign trade merchandisers (3 Japanese and 2 English), 10 production merchandisers, and 6 various support personnel.
