Our early harvest olive oil, which you can easily consume at every meal of the day, is collected by hand from the most distinguished olive trees of Ionia in September and October, cold pressed and bottled.

The acid rate of our first class olive oil is below 0.3. Our olive oil, which is a high polyphenol, squalene (squalene) and omega-3 source, is suitable for raw consumption.
