Description
Smart Gypsum Superfix. Ready-made dry mix for interior gypsum stone and decor installation. It has high adhesive capacity. Flexibility in the installation of decorative elements and gypsum-based artifitial stone. White colour.
PREPARATION FOR WORK
Base must be:- Hard, dry, free from dirt, dust, oil stains and exfoliation.
The surface of the products before applying the composition must be treated with a universal primer.
If there are large irregularities, the base must be leveled with plaster.
SPECIFICATION
- Water consumption - 0.35-0.45 liter per 1 kg of dry mix
- Start setting freshly prepared mixture - not earlier than 60 minutes
- The strength of the hardened solution after 7 days when bending - not less than 4 MPa
- The strength of the hardened solution after 7 days at compression - not less than 10 MPa
- The adhesion strength of the hardened mortar after separation after 7 days - not less than 0.5 MPa
- Base temperature - +5...+30 degrees C
- Ingredients - high strength gypsum, fillers, additives
