Our SALT called the White Gold, comes 100% from the oldest salt pans in the world, the Sicilian ones for which the Phoenicians in the 21st century BC, have already written praises and woven the excellent qualities. Our product is grown directly in tanks placed in the sea, in which afterwards, thanks to the natural action of the wind and the sun and the consequent evaporation of the water, the sale left on the bottom of the tank, rich in trace elements such as potassium, magnesium and iodine, it is collected, washed, sieved for weight, dried and bagged for marketing.   KOSHER CERTIFICATE
