PRALINED HAZELNUTS AND ALMONDS

  Hazelnuts and almonds can be prepared simply shelled or, with a typical Sicilian preparation, they can be simply praline with sugar, or with sugar and lemon or arandia. A particular way of preparation is to praline almond or hazelnut in chilli or sweet cocoa. Whatever way they are prepared, they will always be a very tasty treat for the palate
