Powdery Moulding Machine

Material Range:

Color and black metallic mine powder: Iron scale, iron sludge, Precipitator dust, Iron concentrate, Raw material powder, Manganese ore fines, Silico-manganese alloy. etc..

Coal: Coal powder, coke powder, slime peat, middle coal,lignite etc.

Other material:Charcoal powder, fireproof material, Desulfurized,gypsum, Dolomite etc.

Working Principle:

Motive power will transmit to two rollers synchronously through the reducer and make them rotate oppositely. Materials naturally enter into ball mold, along with roller rotation, pressure of materials bearing become larger. When arriving at two rollers contact point, molding pressure reaches peak. Under the tremendous pressure, materials become briquette shape from powdery. The roller materials adopt forging steel, high precision and abrasion resistant, the rigidity reach 59-62HR after prempring, the working life reaches 12 month.

(1) Briquette moulding machine is a transformation of a powdery or granular material into a more convenient size.

(2) Mix into suitable binder additive according to different raw material features.

(3) The machine produce briquettes in square, ball type, round and oval type, pillow type and other special shape. User also can define their own specific shape.

(4) Briquettes' size is maintained between 25-60mm. The compressive strength of briquettes is in 75-90kg.

(1)  The particle size of the raw material should be between 0-5mm. (2) Can not contain impurities, especially large metal. Such as nails, or iron, rocks, it very likely damage roller and spindle..(3) The feeding of whole production line should be stable, even, ensure workloads of briquette machine stable, to get high efficiency of production.
