Digital Surge Comparison Tester (DST)

Surge Comparison Tester checks the strength of ground insulation that consists of enameled insulation. It detects the insulation failures such as turn to turn shorts, layer to layer shorts, coil to coil shorts, winding to winding shorts and phase to phase shorts.

It is widely used for testing new & re-wound motors. It helps finding and prediciting faults. It is portable for in-house use or on-site testing. It has a Digital Storage Oscilloscope LCD screen. Digital models are available for 5KV (DST-5), 10KV (DST-10) and 15KV (DST-15).
