Cleaner Cloth

A wiping cloth with excellent workability and durability that is suitable for solvent wiping.

Use:

-A wiping cloth that wipes off dust and dirt adhering to the product surface at automobile coating factories, painting robots, bumper receiving jigs and carriers, and paint mist, dust, lint.

-By incorporating a gauze-like Lint Free fabric when wiping water or solvent cleaning thinner, white gas etc.) It retains water and solvent, and the skin fabric made of special fibers wipes off dust (Dust, lint etc.) of the object.

-Concrete example. It can be widely used for wiping body bumpers or other various products in automobile painting factories, and for cleaning painting robots, and on molded components.

Features: 

-Excellent alcohol retention performance built-in gauze-like cloth inside to enhance retention of cleaning solvents such as alcohol and make it a product Effectively wipes off foreign matter that has adhered.

-Excellent cleanability. The fabric is made of special ultrafine fibers made of polyester with a sharp cross-section to prevent dirt.

-It can be wiped off effectively

   • Low dust generation due to strong strength and less fluffing.  Can be washed repeatedly with water or Solvent.

   • It has a voluminous feel and fits in the hand, contributing to improved workability.

-Solvent resistance. Since it is made of polyester, it has excellent solvent resistance.   

-Harmless during combustion - The calorific value during firing is low and no toxic gas is generated.
