Security and transparency are of the highest importance to Export Portal. We ensure the safety of all our transactions by first verifying each user on our platform, preventing fraud, counterfeit items, or scams.

Buyers are required to submit government-issued Into become verified users on Export Portal. Sellers are required to submit government-issued ID and an official business license to become a verified user, and manufacturers are required to submit both of those documents as well as their tax ID number and import/export permit.

If a freight forwarding company requires additional documentation, they can request this from either party during the bid process.

Our freight forwarding portal, Export Portal Logistics (EPL), is currently in beta. We promote each order to handpicked freight forwarders in their shipment areas. This helps us stabilize and improve the process one order at a time. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose our order volume at this time.
